I recently visited Telephysio Wellness Center in Ooty and it was such a wonderful experience. The place is very spacious, neat, and filled with so many advanced physiotherapy equipments. What really amazed me was their new AI-based technology that gives a clear assessment of each muscle — showing which muscles are weak, strong, or overactive. They even provide a printed report, which is so useful for both patients and therapists to track progress.
I loved how innovative their treatments are — especially the balance exercises and game-based therapies, which make rehab feel fun instead of tiring. They also have comfortable facilities like massage chairs, making patients feel cared for.
Overall, I felt this center is doing something very unique and patient-friendly. It’s not just treatment, but an experience that motivates recovery. Definitely a great place for physiotherapy care!
